MARGIN / STANDARDS

Trust is a process.

Original reader value

Each guide addresses a specific reader question through original synthesis, a worked example or tool, and primary-source evidence. We do not fabricate firsthand experience, credentials, product rankings, or consensus.

Evidence and approval

Factual claims are tied to primary-source excerpts. Source receipts show availability, excerpt presence, and the time checked; they do not establish every interpretation as correct. The first guide was approved after the owner reported reviewing it. Approval records are tied to saved revisions. Automated checks are identified as automated, and are not described as human review.

AI use

AI assists topic research, drafting, and preliminary checks. Our institutional byline does not imply a team of credentialed advisers. Style and excerpt-similarity checks cover only the stated scope; they are not web-wide plagiarism checks or AI-detector certification.

Refreshes and corrections

Evidence older than 30 days blocks new publication. Time-sensitive claims need as-of dates. Source changes can withdraw a guide until corrected. Material corrections should identify what changed and when. Contact us with the article link and specific issue.

Commercial independence

Advertising approval is separate from editorial approval. Sponsored content and advertisements must be identified. We do not promise ad-network eligibility, income, or financial outcomes.
